Choosing cosmetic packaging starts with how your customer will use the product, then the capacity, finish and practical requirements of your filling process. This guide compares Stok’s current airless pump bottles, airless jars and fine mist spray bottles so you can build a shortlist and send a clear packaging enquiry.
Compare the three packaging formats
| Format | Capacities | Finishes | What to compare |
|---|---|---|---|
| Airless pump bottles | 15, 30, 50 and 100 ml across the range | White, clear silver and frosted silver; sizes vary by finish | Choose a bottle presentation, then confirm the pump output, dimensions and performance with your formula. |
| Airless jars | 15, 30 and 50 ml | Silver | Compare a jar presentation with a bottle at the same capacity. Confirm the dispensing and filling method for the selected jar. |
| Fine mist spray bottles | 100 ml | White and frosted | Shortlist this format when a mist application is part of your product brief. Check the spray pattern and output with your actual formula. |
A format name does not establish compatibility. A toner, serum or cream can have different requirements from another product with the same description. Share your formula type and intended application with Stok and arrange the checks needed for your product before ordering.
Find a capacity and finish in the current catalog
Not every finish is offered in every size. Use this list to compare the actual options rather than assuming that a finish is available throughout the range.
- White airless bottles: 15 ml white bottle, 30 ml white bottle, 50 ml white bottle and 100 ml white bottle.
- Clear silver airless bottles: 15 ml clear silver bottle, 30 ml clear silver bottle and 50 ml clear silver bottle.
- Frosted silver airless bottles: 30 ml frosted silver bottle and 50 ml frosted silver bottle.
- Silver airless jars: 15 ml silver jar, 30 ml silver jar and 50 ml silver jar.
- 100 ml fine mist sprays: compare the white spray bottle with the frosted spray bottle.
For example, a 30 ml brief can be shortlisted across white, clear silver and frosted silver bottles, plus the silver airless jar. For a 100 ml brief, compare the white airless bottle with the two fine mist sprays; the intended dispensing experience will help determine which format to evaluate.
Compare three 30 ml options
The same fill capacity can have a different footprint. These nominal dimensions from supplied technical drawings show how three 30 ml options compare.
| Product | Overall height | Body diameter |
|---|---|---|
| White airless bottle | 94 ± 0.8 mm | 37.5 ± 0.3 mm |
| Clear silver airless bottle | 124.1 mm | 33.4 mm |
| Silver airless jar | 70.4 mm | 56.6 mm |

Five checks before a production order
- Formula and dispensing: describe the formula’s texture and intended application. Ask which material and dispensing specifications are available, and confirm performance with your formula.
- Capacity and external dimensions: confirm the intended fill volume and request the selected product’s dimensions. Capacity alone does not tell you whether the pack fits your label, carton or filling setup.
- Filling and assembly: confirm how the selected pack is filled, closed and prepared for use with your filling partner. Ask about samples and filling instructions before planning production.
- Decoration: confirm the available decoration area, artwork requirements and finish before committing to labels or printed packaging. Use the final pack specification for artwork decisions.
- Quantity and delivery: list each product and its quantity separately, along with the delivery destination and date you need the packaging. Confirm availability, shipping arrangements and any project-specific timing.
Plan quantities, pricing and pre-orders
Stok’s product pages show CAD unit prices and volume pricing. Quantities and volume pricing are considered separately for each product, so a mixed order should list each size and finish on its own line.
The current catalog is offered on pre-order with expected shipping in winter 2026–27 and payment in full at checkout. Review the current product page’s shipping, payment, mixed-order and cancellation details before placing an order. If you need packaging by a particular date, contact Stok first; the shipping policy explains how shipping options and timing are handled.
For quantities above 5,000 units involving custom colours or decoration, read about custom cosmetic packaging enquiries. That threshold applies to custom project enquiries; standard catalog products have their own ordering and quantity-pricing details.
Send a packaging brief to Stok
Use the product selection and sample enquiry form to send your shortlist. Select the topic that fits your request, and use the product quantity fields where helpful. Include:
- The product name or link, capacity and finish.
- Your formula type and how the customer should dispense it.
- The quantity for each product and any decoration requirements.
- Your delivery destination and target date.
- The samples, dimensions or technical details you need to make a decision.
Submitting the form is a quote request, not an order. Stok will confirm availability and pricing with you.
