These terms apply to purchases from Stok Cosmetic Packaging, Toronto, Ontario. Contact sales@stokcosmeticpackaging.com with questions about products or orders.

Products and prices

Prices are in Canadian dollars unless another currency is explicitly displayed. Product pages identify capacity, finish and the applicable quantity prices. Quantity discounts count separately for each product. Shipping and applicable taxes are shown at checkout before payment. For quantities above 10,000 units of one product, contact us for a quotation.

Packaging is sold empty. Please review the product information and request samples or technical drawings when needed. Product suitability for a particular formula or filling process must be checked before production. We do not make unlisted material, compatibility or performance guarantees.

Orders and custom packaging

Provide accurate contact and delivery information. If an item is unavailable or an order contains a pricing or description error, we will contact you to resolve it before fulfillment; you may decline a proposed change and receive a refund for an unfulfilled cancelled item.

Custom colours, printing, decoration, quantities and timing are subject to a separately confirmed quotation. Contact us to discuss custom packaging quantities above 5,000.
